Biography :
Originally from Miami, Florida, Marleen Naab moved to Knoxville, Tennessee in 2004 with her husband to start a new chapter in their lives. In Florida, Marleen had practiced law for nearly a decade and she continued to do so in her new hometown until she and her husband decided to expand their family with the addition of first, a daughter and then a couple of years later, a son. Marleen enjoyed spending time as a stay-at-home mom but knew she wanted to go back to work once her kids started school. Considering the fact that Marleen and her husband had been investing in rental properties, real estate was a natural fit. Her background in law gives Marleen a unique perspective on the contract and negotiation processes involved in real estate. Marleen has represented a wide range of clients such as first-time home buyers, empty nesters, out-of-state clients, and even builders. Currently, her focus is on selling new construction (both spec and custom homes) built by her husband and his business partner. Having been through the buying and selling process many times herself, Marleen can relate to everything her clients have to consider and truly enjoys helping each of her clients by giving them individualized attention and an unparalleled attention to detail.
